Making the Mundane Fun
The Greeting Team hired me to design a web-based application allowing clients to subscribe to a virtual-receptionist service. This web app would enable a client to provide Greeting Team receptionists with call-handling instructions as well as manage a schedule and various other things. My roles on this project included conceptualization, user experience and interface design, prototyping, branding and marketing materials.
